Product Description:

The Air Jordan 22 (XX2 or XXII) PE – Dallas Mavericks (White / Midnight Navy / Silver) were released on October 6, 2007, retailing for $150. They were part of a regional release, in which each city’s version of the Air Jordan 22 (XXII) was only released in that city. When you look at the F-22 Raptor you see the sharp aerodynamic cuts that can cut through the air like ice. These Dallas Mavericks editions feature a white, blue and silver colorway constructed from leather, along with the city skyline across the side panel. They seem to also feature a grey strap which goes across the back heel of the shoe, most likely there to support the ankle area. The clear outsole features blue and white inserts, which are actually a new and improved, color coded version of the IPS (Independent Podular Suspension) system, previously seen on other models. They allow the athlete to choose his cushioning for each pod with either a responsive, double stacked Zoom Air pod, or a shock absorbing encapsulated air. In addition to the custom fit cushioning the IPS provides, they also have a Phylon midsole to provide extra cushioning without adding extra weight. The clear sole provides great traction on the court, making it possible to make sudden cuts and stops like no other. With a podular – like outsole, one can make moves on the court better than ever before.
